Work/Project Request

Members of the Antioch University community may use this form to request materials, edits, changes, etc.

Here are a few things you might request here:

  • Request publicity, marketing, and/or print materials for programs and events
  • Submit story ideas for Common Thread, The Seedfield, and the media
  • Provide updates regarding academic departments and programs (including print materials and web content)
  • Share student, faculty, staff, and alumni success stories and accomplishments
  • Submit photos and videos for posting to the University’s social media channels
  • Request photography, videography, or other special project work

The Marketing & Communications team will review all submissions to determine which types of digital and print materials will best meet your needs. Examples include event calendar listings, notes, news articles, press release, photography, video, social media, website updates and printed pieces.

For larger projects and requests, you may be contacted by a MarCom team member to schedule an additional intake meeting or further discuss your submission. We may not be able to accommodate all requests, and will offer alternative suggestions if we are not able to meet your original request.

All requests should be initiated using this form. This will ensure that your project is reviewed in a timely manner and by the correct team members.
